About Us
The Tri-County Community Center, formally the Allyn Scott Youth and Community Center, began in 1998 when Ken and Allyn Scott founded the Hot Dog Junction restaurant. The Scotts soon found that Hot Dog Junction had become a social gathering place for local youth, so with the help of volunteers and donors from throughout the community, they made that capacity official.
